Synerject can provide hose
assemblies with straight lengths or pre-formed hoses with custom
fittings installed to attach to your air or fuel system. We will work
with you to route the hoses for a nice, clean appearance on your
engine.
Synerject supplies fuel and air hose assemblies for our
direct fuel injection
engine management systems with typical system pressure ranges 500 –
800 kPa. Because of the high operating temperatures and pressures of
the compressed air in these DI systems, special considerations were
made regarding hose material.
Synerject provides hose assemblies to our marine customers with USCG
A1 rating where appropriate for inboard use. For outboard and standard
port fuel injection
systems, 30R9 & 30R7 hoses are used, in some cases with a protective
abrasion sleeve. |
