The Synerject electric oil
pump is designed to deliver a precise amount of oil to a predefined
location or multiple locations. The pump is driven by an ECU
(electronic control unit) and oil delivery may be programmed to meet
the requirements of each application.
Pump operation involves electrical actuation of the solenoid, which moves a plunger and piston carrier. A single actuation cycle draws fresh oil into the inlet port and pumps oil out of the outlet port(s). As many as nine outlet ports are available. Delivery from each port can be varied to match the required oiling rate.
